REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE AND THE ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED, SOILED, WASHED, ALTERED OR WORN. ALL OF THE ORIGINAL LABELS AND TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES FOR ACCESSORIES SUCH AS HATS AND BEANIES ARE UNAVAILABLE.
ONLINE PURCHASES CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED IN STORE AND ALL PURCHASES IN STORE CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED ONLINE. IN ADDITION, ALL ITEMS MARKED AS "FINAL SALE" OR "CLEARANCE" CANNOT BE RETURNED.

INITIATE A RETURN
TO BEGIN PLEASE SUBMIT AN EMAIL, INCLUDING YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE PARTICULAR ITEM(S) YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN FROM YOUR PURCHASE AS WELL AS THE REASON FOR RETURN TO INFO@1SPOTCLOTHING.COM
ONE OF OUR REPRESENTATIVES WILL RESPOND TO YOUR REQUEST TYPICALLY BETWEEN 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS AND PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL THROUGH EMAIL, WHICH YOU CAN THEN USE TO RETURN THE PACKAGE TO OUR RETURN FACILITY. THE CORRESPONDING SHIPPER WILL FOUND ON YOUR LABEL (USPS).
UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURNS, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION. THE REFUND AMOUNT WILL BE ISSUED TO THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD YOU USED FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE, MINUS THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING (CUSTOMERS PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEE). PLEASE ALLOW FOR APPROXIMATELY 1-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEMS FOR YOUR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED.
